| We offer sand etching of either the outside diameter or inside diameter of glass cylinders. Our process utilizes high pressure air coupled with an aluminum oxide blastite to etch the glass surface. Different grades of blastite are available to produce a fine up to a rough surface etch. Sizes We currently sand blast cylinders from 24mm OD up to 300mm OD and from 1" up to 32" overall length. We are willing to provide samples based on customer specifications. Beveling We can bevel the outside edges of glass cylinders prior to sand blasting. We do not initial glass with sand etching.
